English Instructor · Goldey-Beacom College · 2019–Present 

Design and teach critical writing and reading courses grounded in argument, revision, and authentic voice. Bring  essays, non-fiction, memoirs, literature and poetry to first-year college students to explore critical thinking and  writing skills. Provide individualized feedback that meets students where they are and moves them somewhere  new and builds the foundation for college success. 

Communications Manager · Delaware Law School · 2023–2024 

Wrote feature stories, executive speeches, and institutional statements for a top-tier law school. Partnered with  national media to amplify faculty expertise. Supported DEI efforts around antisemitism on campus and served as  liaison between the Jewish Law Students Association and the Dean's Office — the work I was probably born to do. 

Communications Manager · Middle States Association · 2019–2023 

Led communications for major accreditation conferences, producing newsletters, articles, and high-visibility  announcements. Built strong relationships across operations and leadership and developed deep expertise in the  accreditation process. 

Communications Director & Outreach Manager · The DETV Foundation, Inc. · 2015–2019 Helped guide the editorial vision of Delaware's first Black-owned television station from grassroots digital outlet  to city-wide broadcast. Wrote and edited news, interviews, and children's media. Collaborated with artists,  nonprofits, and schools on projects that fostered civic engagement and cultural pride. 

Editor-in-Chief · Jewish Federation of Delaware — The Jewish Voice · 2011–2014 Directed content strategy and editorial production for a regional Jewish monthly with 14,000+ readers. Authored  features that connected history, current events, and community life. Recognized with the Louis Rapoport Award  for Excellence in Commentary at the 33rd Annual Simon Rockower Awards — for writing that balanced  intellectual depth with genuine accessibility. 

English Instructor · Delaware Technical Community College · 2004–2011 

Developed and taught college writing, literature, and critical thinking courses for a diverse student population.  Used texts including Elie Wiesel's Night to engage students in moral reasoning and historical reflection. Designed  curriculum to support first-generation college students and reluctant learners — with scaffolded assignments and  the conviction that every student has something worth saying.

Director, Listen to Your Mother (Wilmington, DE) — Directed a sold-out production national live storytelling series, curating and shaping original essays on motherhood, identity, and care. Also performed in the  Philadelphia production.
